This place has came along way thanks to will ,will , Melinda ,Amber and Taylor . Hands down are the best ! They make your stay personal ,warm and I never have to ask twice . So accommodating and very clean . Ty you guys for always making our stay exceptional and we call it home . Stay in allot of places but this place by far is our most comfortable and genuine stay , Ty guys . So today is another week and once again want to thank Melinda from the breakfast area and Amber from the front desk for getting me a light bulb . Only downfall of this place is a maintenance man that hangs out and has not replaced a bulb for day three . I mention to Melinda and Amber and boom I get light bulb . This place is wonderful and so far this guy seems to be only negative I can find ,definitely love my work stay here . We been staying here on and off for over a year and I definitely would recommend it 100 percent !
The staff was friendly. All the staff loved my little dog. The room I had when I stayed there January 16, 2026 through January 18, 2026 was nice and clean.
Very good hotel overall (7.5/10). Stayed 3 nights in April. Nice, carpeted room. Quite spacious. Good bed. Small bathroom, good towels. Shower is great, both the spray and water pressure are excellent. Drainage was an issue however, the shower was slow, but the basin took forever to drain. TV was good as was the channel selection, but there was no guide. The Wi-Fi was spotty. Breakfast was good (for context, I'm satisfied with a bowl of cereal or some toast). Good central location, far enough from the main drag to be safe and quiet, but no sidewalk on Harper Park Dr limits walkability. I would stay again, as for the price paid ($81 total per night) it was pretty good value.
Clarion Pointe in beckley is by far one of the best hotel in the area!!!!! Possibly the whole State...the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best stay possible....I've stayed off and on for over a year and wouldn't stay at any of the others...clean rooms clean linens and no bed bugs like the others in the area the only negative i can say is that I've seen Will (the clerk) train multiple people and watched him go above and beyond for the hotel only to get skipped over for the General Manager !!!!!
The rooms were very nice and clean, the front desk workers were very friendly and accommodating. I gave overall 4 stars because the outside needs some work but the inside is very nice. Very nice hotel at a really good price.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! Amber at the front desk was very pleasant,helpful and kind. Anything we needed she was very gracious when helping. Our room was very clean and comfortable. William was very friendly when we were checking out. Breakfast was great. But the true star for us was Thomas who went above and behind! We had a flat tire when we went to go leave. Had no idea what we were gonna have to do on a Sunday in the south to get that fixed. We inquired about it and he said that he could get that fixed for us! Within an hour we were back up and running! We are most thankful for Thomas. We will never forget your willingness to help out when needed! He deserves a 10 star rating! Thank you! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going through the area. If we are ever back in the area we will visit again! We stayed their twice. Once on our way to Myrtle Beach and we liked it so well we stayed again coming back from Myrtle beach. Thank you all!
Clean room. The lady at the desk was very nice. The guy at night ok. The breakfast less than what I expected. Nothing hot made. Unless you made your own waffles. No juice machine. The bed was comfortable. The place was quiet this night. Adequate parking for a truck and trailer. Good overall.
The girl at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. I booked 2 nights here for just a little more than one night at the competition. It's a little bit older hotel, but my room was very clean. Free breakfast in the AM. I would definitely recommend it unless a pool is a must, because it is currently down.
